History

Since its founding, the Society has participated in and sponsored many cultural programs, festivals, lectures, trips, educational exhibitions and social programs for its members and friends.

The society invites St. Nicolaas to visit every December. The annual Indonesian "Rijsttafel" is a popular and well attended event, and a Dutch language theater production draws a good audience as well.

A newsletter with 5-7 issues a year, keeps the members and friends informed of upcoming events, news and cultural information.
